Approved Websites a) The Service only operates on explicitly approved websites to ensure security and reliability. b) We make no guarantees about compatibility with all web forms or websites. c) Users should verify auto-filled information before final submission on any website. 5. User Responsibilities a) You are responsible for the accuracy of documents you upload. b) You warrant that you have the right to use and share any documents you upload. c) ⚠️ CRITICAL SECURITY REQUIREMENTS - Smartfill.ai is NOT a Password Manager: NEVER STORE THE FOLLOWING: • Passwords, PINs, or authentication credentials • Credit card numbers, CVV codes, or banking information • Social Security Numbers or government-issued IDs • API keys, access tokens, or private encryption keys • Any other sensitive security credentials WHY THIS MATTERS: Smartfill.ai uses AI technology to intelligently fill forms. However, AI systems can be vulnerable to prompt injection attacks where malicious websites could potentially trick the AI into revealing stored information. We are NOT designed to be a secure credential storage system. USE THESE INSTEAD FOR PASSWORDS: For password and credential management, use dedicated password managers such as 1Password, LastPass, Bitwarden, or your browser's built-in password manager. WHAT IS SAFE TO STORE: ✓ Contact information (name, address, phone number, email) ✓ Resume and professional work history ✓ Education background and qualifications ✓ Non-sensitive biographical information ✓ Public information you would share on a form d) You agree to only store non-sensitive biographical and contact information in your knowledge base. e) You must verify all auto-filled information before submitting any form. 6. Limitations of Liability a) The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. b) We are not responsible for any errors in form completion or submission. c) We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service. d) You use the auto-fill feature at your own risk. 7. Intellectual Property a) The Service and its original content are owned by Smartfill.ai. b) Users retain ownership of their uploaded documents. 8. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service without prior notice for violations of these terms. 9. Changes to Terms We may modify these terms at any time.
